My hypnosis support

Hypnotherapy is a powerful and respectful therapeutic approach that allows  access your unconscious resources in order to initiate deep and lasting changes.

 

Contrary to popular belief, the hypnotic state is a natural state that we all experience in every day life (when we are "daydreaming" absorbed in a book or driving on autopilot). During a session, this state is simply induced in a voluntary and safe way to help you  work on what may be holding you back.

Hypnotherapy does not replace medical or psychological follow-up but is part of a complementary approach, helping you  mobilize your own resources.

How does a session work?

Each session is unique, just like you. During our first meeting, we take time to talk so that I can understand your situation, your needs, and clearly define a framework for our work together.

 

The hypnosis session then gently guides you, in complete safety, into a state of deep relaxation, during which we work according to the goals we have defined together.

 

You remain conscious and present throughout the session.

I support you with care and professionalism, guiding you at your own pace, in a space of trust.

Who is Hypnotherapy is for?

Hypnotherapy is not suitable in cases of  psychotic disorders, uncontrolled epilepsy or severe personality disorders.

My approach

Trained in Ericksonian hypnosis, I use a gentle, person-centered approach that respects your rhythm and your individuality.
